I have always loved snacking. Not the junk food in bags (potato chips etc) type but mostly the ones that I cook or prepare myself.
Her are some examples:
Hansel S’mores:

Now this one I made because I was craving for that famous candy bar. Since I can’t have it I decided to use whatever I could find in the pantry.
It’s so simple. All I did was place a piece of marshmallow on top of the other half of a Hansel sandwich. Toasted it for about a minute on a pre heated oven toaster. Placed the top half then licked it clean.

Chicken Noodle Stir fry
This particular meal was made out of leftover chicken wings and barely enough vegetables.

Ingredients:

½ cup shredded carrots
1 tbsp sliced red onion
1 cup chopped chicken wings
Scallions for garnish
1 bundle vercimelli noodles (soaked in cold water)
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tbsp soy sauce
Oil for sautéing
Salt and pepper to taste

Procedure:
Heat oil in a pan then caramelize onion after about two minutes add the chicken pieces and cook until the chicken turns white. Add in oyster sauce and soy sauce. Add noodles keep stirring until cooked thoroughly. Add salt and pepper as needed. Just before serving garnish with fresh scallions.

I also love freshly cut fruits ripe or not. This one came from our own mango tree. I cut it like this for blogging purposes.
