Are you the kind of person who has specific types of food eaten on a specific time of the day? Let’s say cereals, pastry and coffee or bacon and eggs for breakfast? I sometimes don’t obey this tradition observed by many.
The other day I found pieces of pork marinating in soy sauce, salt and crushed garlic and decided that will be my breakfast. I was ravenous so I quickly skewered the pork pieces, heated my grilling pan and started prepping the side salad.
The salad was made of cucumber and mint and bird’s eye chilli. It was tangy and spicy at the same time. I seasoned it with salt, freshly cracked pepper and salt. It went perfectly with the savoury and bit oily bbq.
….because of guilt I had this in the afternoon
I was also able to get my hands on these bigger than usual Philippine lime.
