Ah! The sadness in heart aren’t melting. If it snowed here in the Philippines I’d be drowned in it. I was however craving for anything sweet so my aunt’s cloyingly sweet and mangoless mango float will suffice. You see I was working on a theory that she brought that as a present because she knows SHE won’t like it. My poor little tastes buds. As I rake the drenched graham crackers and slid the fork in my mouth I suddenly laughed. Then I culdn’t take it anymore. In order to free myslef from such burden I finished everything!
Seriously my feelings for food is beyond reality bordering obsession.
Merry New Year Mango Float

2. In and deep bowl combine cream and sweetened condensed milk. Whip until frothy.
3. Dissolve gelatine according to package directions. Add to cream and milk mixture, mixing evenly.
4. In a rectagular container (enough to place a grahan cracker evenly) lay down enough graham crackers to line the bottom completely. Next, pat down wnough mango slices on top of the crackers.
Pour about 1 1/2 cups of the cream and milk mixture.
5. Repeat process once more then sprinkle crushed graham crackers on top to finish.
6. Chill until set.
This thing is as common as spaghetti in every celebration in our house. I don’t even have a correctly measured container to chill the dessert
in juts any rectangular thing will do. What I make sure though is that the result have to always be delectable. And I always do. Oh yeah I’m pretty
pleased with myself.
So for picture purposes I made a special one in a clear glass. Try the recipe and enjoy!
