Instant Pansit Canton with blanched vegetables and poached egg
Cook noodles according to package directions, meanwhile blanch thinly sliced vegetables. Mix the seasoning evenly, add in the noodles and the vegetables.
Poach the egg. Slide on top of the noodles. That is what I intended to do but the egg slid off to the side so that’s about it. Oh I dropped a few spiced olived oil because the spicy-calamansi variety isn’t spicy enough.
