Ingredients
Fruits (cut into bite size pieces)
1 pack 135g clear sweetened agar agar
4 tbsp vodka (unflavored)
2 1/4 cups water
Procedure:
Arrange cut fruits in molds. Make sure that the fruits are right next to you once you have cooked your agar-agar to avoid mishaps and disappointments.
Boil water. Once boiling add in agar-agar powder and stir until well dissolved and no longer cloudy. Remove from heat. Add in vodka.
Pour into molds.
Cool then chill to set for about 4 hours. (Or less)
The gelatin (agar-agar) packaging called for 3 cups of water for every 135 g but I wanted a firmer jelly so I reduced it to 2 1/4. Also because I had to add some vodka. You may omit the vodka and use 2 1/2 cups of water instead.
