If you’ve browsed and read a few of my previous entries before, you’d know that I have a fondness of Japanese culture and the arts,
the ones I have easy access to would be J-pop, anime and manga. I
do especially love manga, in most of the shoujo titles I’ve read,
quite number of them feature melon pan. One particular character
who’s love for melon pan reaches a bottomless pit is Shana Shakugan no Shana. I remember that she even has an instructions on how to eat them. Truthfully, I think of turtles when I look at them. In any case, I decided to include Melon Pan, to my 12 Days of Christmas project.

I found the recipe here. A blog I have been following for years now and a few brief online encounter with Nami-san. Please refer to her blog for the history and recipe of Melon Pan.
